Our Skyco Motorized Shading Systems are designed for buildings with standard window opening or large glazed atrium or glass openings – either vertical or horizontal. This shading system helps manage the sun's heat and glare and reduce energy costs while maintaining the outside view and aesthetics of today’s attractive, airy modern buildings.

All systems are made in America and are available with a variety of control options – from a simple single switch to complex “intelligent” systems that track the angle of the sun and automatically adjust shades for desired comfort and light quality. Choose from more 400 different fabric and color combinations.

Pre-solicitation design and consultation services are recommended for motorized shading systems. A GSA-negotiated flat fee for up to 5 hours of design and consultative services, with an hourly rate for each additional hour of design and consultation services, ensures your satisfaction with the final product.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and cannot be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color-coordinated components. Color-coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the slat or fabric color of the product will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilt mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please order color swatches before placing your final order.

Roller Shades Stack Height

The stack height varies based on the size of the roller shade. The wider/longer the shade the bigger the roll will be when the shade is in the up position. Larger sized shades also require a thicker the tube to support the shade. We can only estimate the stack sizes for customer inquiries. The normal estimation is anywhere from 2-5 inches.

Warranty Information

Prestige Roller Shades Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Skyco Roller Shade and the way it is installed in your home, American Blind and Shade guarantees your motorized shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for a period of 3 years following the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Prestige Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installtion.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Prestige Roller Shade or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading dut to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failurre to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Prestige Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTE OR UNDER ANY GUARNATEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion regarding such damages may not apply to you. Also, this Limited Guarantee gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The limited warranty covers remote motorization for a period of 5 years.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square foot flat shipping charge fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two over-sized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches and it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square feet flat shipping fee per order.
