Our Cordless Cellular Shades incorporates a patented Spring Motor Belt-Driven System that is a completely enclosed to eliminate lift cords and safety concerns, making this shade an ideal choice for childcare centers. Cordless Cellular Shades are fully compliant with GSA’s mandate for child-safe window treatments.

The insulating cellular design prevents heat transference to help keep the heat out during the summer and the cold out in winter. With a heavy-duty American-made aluminum headrail and bottomrail, no visible cords, holes or seams and hidden steel mounting brackets, these cell shades present a sensible and child-safe alternative for the energy and environmentally conscious consumer.

Our fabrics are ultra-soft with colors ranging from neutral cream and white, to muted blue and warm gold, all with a neutral white back. Choose from 268 fabric styles and colors in 3/8” single & double honeycomb as well as 3/4” single cellular shades with three opacities for personalized light control. .

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and cannot be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color-coordinated components. Color-coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the slat or fabric color of the product will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilt mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please order color swatches before placing your final order.

Warranty Information

TYPE OF WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime

WHAT IS COVERED
This DiamondCell™ cellular shade product is warranted
against original defects in materials or workmanship for as
long as the original purchaser owns the product provided
that:

(1)the product was properly installed in a residential
dwelling;
(2)the product was made or assembled exclusively from
American Blind and Shade materials and components;

(3)American Blind and Shade recommendations were
followed with regard to limitations and specifications.

WHO IS COVERED
This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser
of the above stated DiamondCell shade.

OBLIGATIONS TO THE CONSUMER
The obligations of American Blind and Shade are limited
to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective.

American Blind and Shade is not responsible for shipping
costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the shade
down or reinstalling the product.

If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be
made with like or similar parts.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover conditions or damages
caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to
follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning
or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not
covered by the warranty.

All fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to
the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight,
plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear
out. Springs Window Fashions considers these things normal
wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEW OF
ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR
OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES.

No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.

AMERICAN BLIND AND SHADE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY
WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square foot flat shipping charge fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two over-sized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches and it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square feet flat shipping fee per order.
