Horizontal Vinyl Blinds: 2" Horizontal Vinyl Blinds

Durable and ideal for high traffic areas, these 2" horizontal PVC blinds feature the 1-5/8" high x 2-1/4" wide x .022" thick U-shaped steel SureClose® headrail with a 1/8" light blocking lip on the bottom center line. This heavy-duty steel headrail is coated with a corrosion-resistant phosphate treatment, a low HAP urethane primer and a topcoat of low HAP polyester baked enamel. Steel box end brackets with a matching finish provides for ease of installation. Lead-free slats are rigid UV stabilized BF Goodrich Geon PVC 2" wide x .045" thick with straight cut edges. Slats meet the requirement of NFPA 701 Test Method 1-2004 edition. Choose from 71 colors.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and cannot be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color-coordinated components. Color-coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the slat or fabric color of the product will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilt mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please order color swatches before placing your final order.

Warranty Information

Royal Lifetime Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the following:

Original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

If a product is received defective, we will repair or replace it without charge at our option.

The warranty does not cover the following:

Improperly installed products

Misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations

Normal wear and tear

Exposure to the elements including but not limited to exposure to salty air, humidity, or discoloration due to sunlight or passage of time

Variations in color, grain, or texture or minimal warpage

Cost or removal or reinstallation

Incidental or consequential damages

The warranty requires you:

To follow the manufacturer's recommendations for care and use of product

To return the defective product to the manufacturer To pay any transportation cost incurred

This warranty gives you pecific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to tate.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square foot flat shipping charge fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two over-sized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches and it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind, excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 3.00 per square feet flat shipping fee per order.
